I'm Stepping Up for RNID with the BIA this spring to support the progress being made to bring about treatments to prevent hearing loss, restore hearing for those who want it and silence tinnitus.

As a team we are competing with others to travel to cities across the globe that have hearing research locations, and to raise the most money for RNID!

Across the UK, 12 million people have hearing loss, and 1 in 7 adults live with tinnitus.
Despite these staggering numbers, there are still no clinically approved treatments available for those who need them. Rarely have such common conditions, which have a significant impact on the lives of those affected been so misunderstood, understudied, and underfunded.

Every step we take will support RNID (the only charity in the UK dedicated to funding hearing research) to accelerate new treatments and therapeutics aimed at preventing and treating hearing loss and tinnitus.
